Thesara AI / Letter of Intent & Request
Submit a Letter of Intent & Request.
This is the first step and the only one. It is not binding, it commits no funds, and it opens the private member channel so a named person can answer your questions and release the full information package.
What it is
A formal statement of interest and a request for the confidential information package: covenant terms, financial model, product roadmap, risk register and reporting schedule.
What it is not
Not a subscription, not a commitment, not a transfer of funds, and not an obligation on either side. You may stop at any point, for any reason, without explanation.
What happens next
A member of the Thesara AI team responds within two business days, confirms eligibility for your jurisdiction, and answers your questions before sending anything confidential.
Before you submit
Three things worth knowing.
Eligibility differs by country
Participation is not available in every jurisdiction, and where it is available it may be restricted to certain categories of participant. We confirm this for your country before sending any confidential material — which is why the form asks where you are resident.
You will be identity-checked
Before any participation proceeds, standard identity and source-of-funds checks are completed. This protects existing members as much as it protects us, and it is not negotiable.
Read the risks before the returns
The risk section of the opportunity page is written plainly and is not a formality. If any item there would be unacceptable to you, it is better to know that now than after signing.
